The first time, they took the roof from a beat up mess (hadn't been cleaned for years) to a fabulous result that had our roof looking new (our neighbors literally asked "who replaced your roof?"). They're pricing is amazing, their communication is amazing, and even better their work is amazing. These are before and after photos so you can see for yourself!! BLUE STREAM has been our "Go To Guys" since 2017. They are safety trained, meticulous in their preparation and protection of our landscape & shrubs, and they have never broken a tile while walking our roof. Perhaps even more important than that they use the low pressure system that doesn't damage the tiles. So many other cleaning companies will come in with a water blaster or sidewalk cleaning machine and use it on a tile roof. That's a recipe for damage and a shortened service life.
